Don Jon is a well-made movie featuring competent acting from the actors. Gordon-Levitt excels in the starring role, giving a character who may have been one-dimensional depth and complexity. As Barbara, Johansson is likewise superb, and there is no denying the spark she shares with Gordon-Levitt.
